SOYO Group, Inc. (OTC: SOYO.OB) is a leading
global provider of computer peripheral devices, consumer
electronics and broadband telecommunications products and
services. Headquartered in Ontario, California, with sales
offices in South America, SOYO Group sells its products
through an extensive network of authorized distributors,
resellers, system integrators, VARs, retailers, mail-order
catalogs and e-tailers, including Walmart.com, eCost.com,
Fry’s Electronics, PC Mall and Tiger Direct, among others.
Focused on The 3 C’s
Computer Products
SOYO’s brand name has been prominent in the
computing industry for nearly two decades. The Company’s
DRAGON motherboards are still sought after by gamers and PC
hobbyists worldwide for their superior performance. SOYO
made the strategic decision to extend its reach beyond
motherboards into faster growing computing segments with
greater longer term potential. These segments include LCD
monitors and portable storage. SOYO is positioned for
further growth in the LCD monitor area as unit volumes are
expected to increase worldwide over the next few years.
Eventually, bulky computer monitors will be a memory of the
past as LCD monitors become the defacto standard with their
thin, sleek look and higher quality display.
In the portable storage area SOYO’s 20GB
Cigar hard drive stands out as the latest generation in
portable storage. SOYO developed its unique hard drive to
power off any USB source, therefore eliminating clunky
external power cords. SOYO’s award winning development
capabilities are showcased in this shock resistant hard
drive which can fit into the palm of a person’s hand. The
high demand for this latest device reflects consumers’ need
to store large music, photo, graphic and data files.
Consumer Electronics
SOYO is quickly leveraging its well known
brand name into the consumer electronics segment. This is a
logical progression for the company based on its reputation
for providing high quality, superior performing products.
SOYO has launched two models of its LCD TVs with planned
additions for the coming quarters. The Company’s LCD TVs are
manufactured with the highest grade components and boast one
year on-site service as part of the standard warranty.
Aside from their sleek look and excellent picture, SOYO’s
LCD TVs offer full multimedia support with the 37-inch model
also offering memory card support. This is a differentiating
feature which enables consumers to bring a digital camera,
photos and video into the home or office. As demand for LCD
TVs continues to grow worldwide, SOYO is well positioned for
success.
Communications Products
SOYO has developed a full line of broadband
VoIP products to meet current and expected demand leveraging
the company’s development and manufacturing relationships
and strong telecommunications experience. SOYO was one of
the first to market with a broadband VoIP phone. The
Company’s broadband VoIP phone stands above others due to
its “Plug and Dial” capability and overall ease of use.
Customers can easily refill their VoIP minutes online or
through VoIP refill cards both of which provide dramatically
lower per minute phone costs than traditional carriers. SOYO
has also developed powerful gateway products.

•
Continue leadership position in niche markets
To capitalize on SOYO’s market position as a

acquisitions and expanding into new markets.
SOYO’s Innovative Products
Innovation is the key to success in the
Consumer Electronics, Communications and Computing segments.
SOYO has been a leader in bringing new and innovative
products to market throughout its history and remains so
today. The Company’s product roadmap is aggressive and
continues to evolve in support of SOYO’s target markets.
SOYO expects to roll out wireless speakers to enhance the
LCD TV viewing experience and also complete the “home
theater” entertainment experience. In Computing products,
SOYO will also offer wireless speakers for LCD monitors
along with the expected introduction of a series of new
monitors. For portable storage, SOYO plans to build on the
momentum for its Cigar portable 20GB hard drive with new
models targeted for later this year. For VoIP SOYO will
continue to move forward in a strategic manner expecting to
introduce wireless VoIP handsets. This is an evolving
segment with enormous potential worldwide due to extremely
low communications costs VoIP offers. The Company is also
developing its own VoIP network to ensure the highest
quality experience for its business and home user customers.
